Wanis Naguib
President & CEO
Wanis Naguib is a well known expert in the world of outsourced sales and marketing. He is a mentor and coach to many business partners and leaders around the world. Growing up both stateside and overseas in Cairo, Egypt, gave Wanis unique insight into poverty and prosperity, opportunity and oppression. Wanis has spent the last twenty years developing the next generation of business and community leaders.
Gemma Loresca was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up in Chino and graduated from the University of California, Riverside with her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and earned her MBA online through Grand Canyon University. Gemma joined the organization as an Account Manager and is now the Manager of Administration and Recruiting Department. Her goal is to be a prime example of a strong woman in business to her 3 children by continuing her personal growth and business development while helping to coach and impact others.

Adriana Sanchez is a dynamic young entrepreneur and a top Senior Leader at Senturion. Born in Southern California to hard working Mexican immigrant parents, Adriana was instilled with the values of resilience, integrity, and the importance of education, blending her Mexican heritage with the American spirit. Adriana attended the University of California, Riverside and University of California, Santa Barbara. Adriana fosters a collaborative and empowering work environment to ensure her team flourishes professionally and personally. Her dream is not just for personal success, but to create opportunities for others; especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, to thrive in the competitive business world.

David Olivares is an experienced leader with an established background in business management, merchandising, and retail sales. He graduated from Mt. San Antonio College with a degree in Audio, which laid the foundation for his deep passion for music production and engineering.
David excels in relationship development, fostering strong connections with both clients and team members to drive business success. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency, making him a versatile and effective leader in his field.
Recognized for his leadership skills, David has been awarded a leadership pin, underscoring his ability to inspire and guide his teams toward achieving their goals. With a deep passion for music, David aspires to become a business owner and open a music recording and production studio. His vision is to create a space where creativity and technical excellence come together to produce outstanding musical works.
