Wanis Naguib
President & CEO
Wanis Naguib is a well known expert in the world of outsourced sales and marketing. He is a mentor and coach to many business partners and leaders around the world. Growing up both stateside and overseas in Cairo, Egypt, gave Wanis unique insight into poverty and prosperity, opportunity and oppression. Wanis has spent the last twenty years developing the next generation of business and community leaders.
Gemma Loresca was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up in Chino and graduated from the University of California, Riverside with her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and earned her MBA online through Grand Canyon University. Gemma joined the organization as an Account Manager and is now the Manager of Administration and Recruiting Department. Her goal is to be a prime example of a strong woman in business to her 3 children by continuing her personal growth and business development while helping to coach and impact others.

Michael Harris was born and raised in Southern California. He grew up locally in Rancho Cucamonga and graduated in 2014 from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Before joining our team, Michael was a Territory Account Manager and Product Safety Specialist with a manufacturer’s representative agency. With over 8 years of professional sales experience, Michael consistently strives to grow himself as a professional while pursuing his entrepreneurial dream. As a Senior Leader and a top producing leader in the organization, we are sure that Michael will achieve this dream through his strong work ethic and servant leadership mentality.

Mark Salce, a native of Southern California, was born and raised in La Verne. While working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Business at San Diego State University, Mark honed his creative and entrepreneurial skills, cofounding a youTube channel and golf brand alongside his brother. Prior to joining our team, Mark excelled as an outside sales representative for a prominent beverage company. Mark brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to every endeavor he undertakes.

Ferdinand Vero grew up in the Philippines, moved to the United States in 1991, and has lived most of his life in Barstow, California. He graduated from Barstow High School in 2002, and attended Barstow Community College and got his associate's degree in 2005. Prior to his job with Senturion, he worked for the Wind Industry were he completed many accolades and earned the title of SME (subject matter expert). Ferdinand joined the Senturion team in May 2018 as an entry-level sales associate and has now reached Senior Account Manager. He is on the pursuit of the next level of growth and development with not only his crews but with himself as well.
